The StudiAI website and app (https://studi-ai.com and the iOS app) are published by Perform Code, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €1,050. Its registered office is at 216 rue Clémenceau, 59139 Wattignies (France). It is registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 942 543 943 (SIREN: 942 543 943).
Perform Code SAS is subject to VAT. The prices displayed on StudiAI are inclusive of all taxes, including VAT at 20 % collected through Stripe Tax for sales made on the website. The intra-Community VAT number of Perform Code SAS appears on each invoice issued.

2. Publication director
The publication director is the legal representative of Perform Code SAS. Any request may be sent by email to [email protected].
3. Hosting
The hosting of the website, of the API and of the database is provided by Railway Corp., 548 Market St PMB 32008, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States. Railway acts solely as a technical service provider. Any transfers of data to the United States are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission and the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
The iOS app is distributed through Apple’s App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland).
4. Intellectual property
All the elements making up StudiAI — texts, visuals, logos, brand, interface, source code, designs, generation models, databases — are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of Perform Code SAS. Any reproduction, representation, modification, substantial extraction or distribution, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Perform Code SAS.
The course materials and documents uploaded by users remain the property of their authors or rights holders. The conditions of use of AI-generated content are set out in the Terms of Use (https://studi-ai.com/cgu).
5. Personal data
The data collected through StudiAI is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended. You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, which can be exercised directly from your settings or by email to [email protected]. 7. Withdrawal & cancellation
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days for any online subscription. This right is lost when you have expressly requested the immediate performance of the service and started to use it (Article L. 221-28, 1°).
Any paid subscription (Essential or Premium, with weekly, monthly or annual billing) can be cancelled at any time from your settings, without penalty or justification; access remains active until the end of the period paid for. Subscriptions taken out through the iOS app are managed in Settings > Subscriptions on your Apple device. The precise conditions are set out in our Terms of Sale (https://studi-ai.com/cgv).
